Job Title: Contract Assembler/Welder (2nd Shift)
Location: Springboro, Ohio
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Assembler/Welder for a contract position on the 2nd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and welding components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and weld components using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed plans to guide assembly and welding processes.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure product meets specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in welding and assembly operations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work the 2nd shift hours.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Certification in welding or related field is a plus.
Shift Details:
- 2nd Shift (specific hours to be determined)
