Job Title: Contract Assembler (2nd Shift)
Location: Springboro, Ohio, 45066
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Assembler for the 2nd shift to join our team in Springboro, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products according to specifications and ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Use hand tools and machinery to assemble parts.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production.
Skills Required:
- Experience in assembly or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency with hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly or a related field is preferred.
Shift Details:
- 2nd Shift
