What You’ll Do
Job Title: Permanent Assembler
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and products according to detailed specifications and instructions.
- Utilize hand tools and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in using hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing role is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
