Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | Full-time
Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Hebron, Kentucky thats expanding its Manufacturing team.
Position Summary
We are seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble products according to engineering specifications and quality standards in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for using hand tools and assembly equipment, inspecting finished products, and ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working in a team-focused production environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble products and components according to specifications, work instructions, and production schedules.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly schematics.

Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

Identify and report defects or production issues to supervisors.
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and company safety practices.

Follow established manufacturing procedures and quality standards.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Perform additional assembly and production duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
-
Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.

Proficiency using hand tools and assembly equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and manufacturing best practices.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand and power tools.

Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
