Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | Full-time
Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Hebron, Kentucky thats expanding its Manufacturing team.
Position Summary
We are seeking an Assembler to join our manufacturing team and build high-quality products according to engineering specifications and production standards. This hands-on role is responsible for assembling components, operating hand tools and assembly equipment, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production setting.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble products and components according to specifications, work instructions, and production schedules.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly schematics.

Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or production issues.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety procedures.

Follow established manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and deadlines.

Perform additional assembly and production-related duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.

Proficiency using hand tools and assembly equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Good verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and manufacturing procedures.

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand and power tools.

Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
