- Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, and gathering necessary materials
- Position parts and subassemblies using templates or precise measurements
- Assemble components by ensuring correct fit and fastening parts together
- Verify specifications by measuring completed components
- Resolve assembly issues by adjusting dimensions to meet specifications, and notify the supervisor if additional resources are needed
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-3 years of experience in an assembly environment
- Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly practices
- Ability to read and follow work instructions with attention to detail
- Experience with small hand tools and mechanical assembly
- Good physical dexterity and math skills
- Must meet ITAR compliance requirements
