- Lead business analysis, key projects, and budget management to support business.
- Collaborate with brand teams, cross-functional partners, global teams, and media agencies to develop, execute, and track brand initiatives and marketing plans.
- Conduct competitive analysis using POS data to make recommendations and drive new product development.
- Manage brand marketing budget, including tracking spending and monthly reconciliation with finance and agency partners.
- Develop and execute marketing support elements such as creative assets, media plans, packaging artwork, and displays.
- Lead ad hoc base business initiatives such as production renovations and process improvements.
- Prepare analysis and reporting for business performance, including in-depth analysis of syndicated data and consumer research, to identify opportunities and make recommendations.
- Present reports and recommendations to the Brand Manager and collaborate cross-functionally on new processes, creative development, media support, and product analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in Product Management, Brand Marketing, or Category Management in a CPG environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work across multiple divisions and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience in competitive analysis and utilizing POS data to drive business decisions.
- Budget management experience and proficiency in financial reconciliation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to achieve marketing goals and drive business performance.
