Job Title: Contract Bilingual Claims Analyst
Location: Blue Ash, Ohio
Job Description:
We are seeking a Contract Bilingual Claims Analyst to join our team in Blue Ash, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and legal standards. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and process insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with claimants, policyholders, and other relevant parties in both English and Spanish.
- Analyze claim information and documentation to determine coverage and liability.
- Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of claims and correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex claims issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Claims Analyst or similar role.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
