Your Impact in This Role
- Provide compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to clients
- Coordinate with mental health staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and offer evidence-based treatment recommendations
- Lead psychosocial skills and therapy groups as needed
- Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation in Carelogic (electronic health record)
- Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and case consultations
What You Bring to The Table
- LSW or LPC licensure in good standing (LISW-S or LPCC-S preferred)
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Degree in counseling or social work
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and abiding by HIPAA standards
- Experience in community behavioral health preferred
- Training or certification in evidence-based treatment modalities preferred
