- Provide culturally competent, high-quality outpatient mental health therapy to children and adults
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and create individualized treatment plans for clients
- Offer compassionate, ethical care, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of mental health care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health records
- Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and case consultations
- Actively engage with clients through individual and group therapy sessions, helping them achieve therapeutic goals
- Uphold the organization’s mission while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all HIPAA standards
- Licensure: LSW or LPC in good standing (LISW-S or LPCC-S preferred)
- Language Skills: Fluent in both verbal and written English and Spanish
- Education: Degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
- Experience: Proficiency in EMR systems and experience in community behavioral health is preferred
- Skillset: Training or certification in evidence-based treatment modalities is highly desirable
