- Invoice customers accurately, ensuring correct pricing, taxes, freight, and other charges, particularly suited for those with a background in medical billing.
- Verify and correct purchase orders and sales orders.
- Enter vendor invoices and handle any discrepancies.
- Update pricing templates with daily and monthly charges.
- Assist with monthly motor fuel tax reports and maintain daily logs of orders placed and delivered.
- Utilize TDi software for CRM and financial tasks, customized to the petroleum industry.
- 3-5 years of billing/invoicing experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Associate's degree is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong data entry skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong initiative to contribute to the team.
- Attention to detail, with experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and tax reports.
