Responsibilities include:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting and the general ledger.
- Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
- Prepare budget and forecasting reports.
- Handle full cycle AP/AR, collections, and billing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain records.
- Conduct detailed analysis and prepare reports for company owners.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, clients, vendors, and banking contacts.
- Assist the controller in tax return preparation.
What you need to succeed:
- BA/BS in accounting or related experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years as a bookkeeper.
- STRONG attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and general ledger management.
