Your Impact in This Role
- Maintain a thorough understanding of financial reporting and the general ledger
- Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
- Provide timely reporting of all monthly financial information
- Prepare budget and forecasting reports
- Handle full-cycle AP/AR, collections, and billing
- Perform bank reconciliations and record keeping
- Conduct detailed analysis and prepare reports for the company owners
- Communicate with suppliers, clients, vendors, and banking contacts
- Assist the controller with tax return preparation
What You Bring to The Table
- BA/BS in accounting or related experience
- At least 2+ years as a bookkeeper
- Strong attention to detail
