- Supply and Demand Expertise: Analyze supply and demand dynamics to optimize inventory management within our Supply Chain.
- Financial Insight: Develop KPI scorecards and contribute to decision-making processes by providing valuable financial insights.
- Financial Planning and Optimization: Support Financial Planning and Accounting through revenue optimization, expense management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strategic Decision Support: Assist in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) development and offer ad-hoc analysis to aid strategic business decisions.
- Profitability Tracking: Be accountable for assessing new and proposed product profitability, tracking APL spending, and brand reporting.
- Finance Experience: A minimum of 2 years of finance experience, with preference given to those with manufacturing and/or CPG industry exposure.
- Financial Systems Proficiency: Knowledge of financial systems, particularly ERP/reporting software, with a preference for SAP experience.
- P&L Mastery: Proven experience in developing and managing COGS and P&Ls, including margin analysis.
- Global Awareness: Familiarity with Foreign Exchange Rates.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to harness these tools for data analysis.
- Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex financial matters.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Relationship Builder: Skill in establishing and maintaining positive working relationships.
- Organization Skills: Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage complex financial processes.
