- Profitability Tracking: Be accountable for assessing new and proposed product profitability, tracking APL spending, and brand reporting.
- Finance Experience: A minimum of 2 years of finance experience, with preference given to those with manufacturing and/or CPG industry exposure.
- Financial Systems Proficiency: Knowledge of financial systems, particularly ERP/reporting software, with a preference for SAP experience.
- P&L Mastery: Proven experience in developing and managing COGS and P&Ls, including margin analysis.
- Global Awareness: Familiarity with Foreign Exchange Rates.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to harness these tools for data analysis.
- Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex financial matters.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
