- Assist in annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and contribute to Board reports and analytics.

- Take charge of various business projects, providing essential financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 3 to 5 years of financial and business analysis experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot/VLookup, with Macros skills as a plus.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Abila MIP fund accounting software is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- A background in public accounting is a favorable asset.
