Responsibilities include:
- Leading large-scale ERP transformations and implementations in a manufacturing environment.
- Overseeing the transition from SAP to Oracle ERP systems and serving as a liaison between the development team and business stakeholders.
- Developing IT strategies, particularly in CRM/ERP and RPA (Robotic AI), and driving change management initiatives.
- Building and managing a team to support application development and ERP implementation projects.
- Collaborating with implementation partners to ensure successful project execution while providing oversight and guidance.
What you need to succeed:
- Strong understanding of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, with experience leading large-scale ERP transformations.
- Proficiency in SAP and Oracle ERP systems, with a desire to transition from SAP to Oracle.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and project management, preferably in the context of ERP implementations.
- Ability to develop IT strategies and serve as a liaison between the development team and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
