We are currently hiring an experienced Business Development professional to join our growing team! The BD is responsible for driving outside sales growth by identifying, prospecting, presenting, and closing new accounts that contribute positively to the financial performance of trak group. Also responsible for maintaining and strengthening all current client relationships while actively seeking new paths of opportunity within each account. 


  • Maintain current client relationship and identify areas for potential new clients
  • Contact potential new clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
  • Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
  • Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business
  • Engage partners and direct client decision makers at all levels
  • Plan, prepare and execute meetings with prospects and clients
  • Educate and guide key decision makers in the hiring process
  • Partner with internal trak group Account Managers and Recruiters to deliver a high-quality service to clients
  • Identify and develop a strong understanding of client’s core objectives and challenges
  • Accurately forecast revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of trak group’s services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive


A successful Business Development candidate will have various skills and qualifications needed to do an excellent job, including:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar area
  • Recent, proven sales experience 
  • Hunter mentality 
  • Inside and outside sales experience 
  • Prefer service experience
  • Comfortable with cold calling
  • 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience in business or a related area
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely while keeping a consultative sale mindset
  • Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
  • Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
