Buyer Planner
trak group is partnering with a global supply chain partner to find a Buyer Planner who’s ready to take ownership of international purchasing, inventory planning, and logistics. If you’re proactive, detail-driven, and eager to grow, this is a high-impact opportunity with room to make your mark.

- Contribute to process improvement and long-term supply chain strategy.
- Gain exposure to global purchasing, importing, and ERP systems.
- Align purchasing with forecasts by issuing and managing POs to international suppliers.
- Track inbound shipments and optimize freight using automated logistics tools.
- Maintain clean ERP data (Acumatica) and generate reports for key metrics.
- Adjust lead times, safety stock, and order quantities to meet demand.
- Resolve delays or supply issues in collaboration with logistics, sales, and operations.
- Support new product launches by coordinating timing and supplier readiness.
- 3–5 years in purchasing, planning, or supply chain operations.
- Experience with international sourcing and U.S. import compliance.
- ERP/MRP experience (Acumatica preferred) and strong Excel skills.
- Strategic mindset and ownership mentality—you track KPIs and take action.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
