Looking for an opportunity where your technical expertise and precision skills are highly valued? Join a dynamic sheet metal fabrication team where you will play a critical role in turning customer designs into high-quality, manufacturable products. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact production efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Create and inspect flat pattern layouts from customer drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with sales and department leads to optimize fabrication efficiency
- Unfold and flatten 3D models and customer-supplied .pdf files into 2D component
- Generate G-Codes for Mazak lasers and Wiedemann turret punch machines
- Review customer drawings and specifications to assess manufacturability and identify potential issues
- Optimize programs to enhance machine productivity and material utilization
- Prepare and release job travelers with work center routing information and instructions for external processes
- Minimum 3 years of experience programming and routing precision sheet metal fabrication processes
- Proficiency in RADAN and Solid Edge software
- Strong ability to read BOM lists and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Team player with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- High attention to detail and precision
