- Operate and maintain grinding/milling equipment
- Load parts, inspect components, and prep wheels
- Track production data and follow quality standards (AS9100)
- Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized
- 1–5 years of machining experience (grinding preferred)
- Able to read part drawings and use micrometers/calipers
- Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
- Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- Must pass drug screen (safety-sensitive role)
- Must meet ITAR definition of U.S. Person
- 1–3 years: $18/hr
- 4–6 years: $19/hr
- 6–8 years: $20/hr
