Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Grinding Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC grinding machines to produce precision parts and components. The role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC grinding machines according to specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine grinding requirements.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC grinding equipment.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Grinding Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and grinding operations.
- Ability to perform precision measurements and quality checks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in CNC machining or related field.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software.
