Job Title: Contract CNC Machinist
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, 45241
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Contract CNC Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications and blueprints.
- Interpret technical drawings and plans to ensure accurate production.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Adjust machine settings to improve production efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
