Job Title: Senior Construction Estimator/Project Manager
Location: Crescent Springs, Kentucky
Job Type: Permanent
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in estimating and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the estimation process for construction projects, including detailed cost analysis and bid preparation.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Oversee the execution of construction projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and success.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in construction estimation and project management.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimation and project management.
- Relevant certifications (e.G., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
