- Financial Oversight: Direct the fiscal functions of the corporation in line with industry standards and regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement creative financial management strategies in collaboration with the executive staff.
- Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accuracy in financial reports submitted to regulatory bodies and supervise compliance with financial responsibility rules.
- Leadership: Supervise and lead a team involved in financial reporting, analysis, and bookkeeping.
- Education: 4-year degree from an accredited University; CPA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior-level finance or accounting positions.
- Skills: Proficiency in financial software such as Great Plains, Paycor, and Excel. Direct report experience and leadership in the Wealth Management or advisory industry.
- Communication: Ability to partner closely with the executive leadership team and present reports to the board of advisors.
