- Prepare and process claim files, ensuring all documentation is accurate
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for policy rescission
- Verify claim payments and prepare disbursement entries for approval
- Manage death claim inquiries from agents, funeral homes, and clients
- Ensure policies are terminated in the system and process necessary updates
- Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and conducting policy research
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- 1-2 years of recent AR experience, including cash app and invoicing
- Proven track record of achieving results in light accounting tasks
- Strong data entry and Excel skillsÂ
- Problem-solving abilities with strong communication and empathy
- Eager to learn the business and adapt to various tasks without hesitation
