Claims Coordinator
Exciting opportunity for an Ohio based company!

Why you should work here:

Responsibilities include:

Deal with customers, adjustors, branches to get a claim processed – urgency is key!
Working on large numbers of claims at a time
Portion of the job is collections, the branches are on net 45, but if they don’t pay within 90 dyas they get charged
Upload all paperwork
- Scope
- Sketch
- Pictures
Water damage falls into 3 categories: this dictates how/what they can bill the vs. can not:
- Category 1: Clean water
- Category 2: Gray water
- Category 3: Grossly contaminated water

What you need to succeed:

Former field techs
- Experience taking measurements, filled out the billing documents, etc.
Consistent Monday-Friday office style position
Order entry or bill processing experience
Technically minded
