- Perform data entry tasks using software systems like Care Logic and MetaSoft to maintain accurate patient records.
- Engage in timely follow-up and collection activities related to patient accounts and insurance claims.
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment, working comfortably with mental health issues and maintaining a compassionate approach.
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to adapt to a variety of daily challenges, maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism.
- Experience in medical billing and a strong understanding of billing processes.
- Familiarity with non-profit organizations could be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, medical professionals, insurance providers, and government agencies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage patient records, insurance claims, and billing information accurately.
- Proficiency in data entry using software systems such as Care Logic and MetaSoft.
- Empathetic nature and comfort working with individuals dealing with mental health issues.
