- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing professional and knowledgeable assistance.
- Answering preliminary financial questions and providing guidance on topics such as IRAs and Roth IRA accounts.
- Attention to detail in all financial transactions and documentation.
- Assisting team as an extension of their expertise.
- Participating in marketing and relationship-building activities, including upselling opportunities.
- No annuity experience is required for this role.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- 2-4 years of experience in the investment, banking, or financial industry.
- Strong work ethic, embracing the company's culture of hard work and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to handle complex financial tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
