trak group is partnering with a close-knit, independent investment advisory firm to find a Client Services Associate to support two experienced financial advisors. This is a high-touch, client-facing role in a collaborative and fast-paced environment where your contributions truly make an impact.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management
- Assist with or lead client meetings, including preparation, follow-up, and task coordination
- Support financial advisors with financial planning, portfolio reviews, trading, and data entry
- Conduct research and assist with ongoing monitoring of client accounts
- Help manage participant communication and documentation for corporate retirement plans
- Handle light outbound prospecting related to 401(k) opportunities
- Provide backup support to the Administrative Assistant as needed
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in investments, banking, or financial services
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65) licenses
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to pass a background and credit check
