Responsibilities include:
- Process paperwork for new business and submit to carriers/custodians.
- Provide service to individuals regarding allocation changes, beneficiary changes, etc.
- Prepare and process transfers, rollovers, and money movements.
- Input, maintain, and organize client files in CRM database.
- Schedule appointments and assist with portfolio reviews.
- Assist in preparing mailings and presentations for clients.
- Keep up to date on market trends and new products.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or business administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial service industry, with expertise in wealth management.
- Required licenses: Series 6 or Series 7, Health & Life.
- Ability to support 1-2 advisors initially.
