Clinical Director

- Lead and supervise a clinical team, providing guidance, support, and professional development
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and manage clinical programs and treatment plans tailored to the needs of clients
- Engage with clients and families, ensuring their satisfaction with services
- Manage the clinical budget and contribute to strategic planning in leadership meetings
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensure as LISWS or LPCC-S in good standing
- At least 3 years of experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in a residential care services agency
- Proficiency with EMR systems—Carelogic experience is preferred
- Flexibility to see clients during evening hours
- A passion for working with children and families
