Clinical Therapist – Lexington, KY
trak group is working with a mission-driven organization to find a Clinical Therapist in Lexington, KY. This hybrid role focuses on providing trauma-informed care to children, adolescents, and families in therapeutic foster care. - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus – $2,500 at 6 months and $2,500 at 9 months.
- Competitive Pay – $46,000–$70,000 (most candidates fall between $50K–$60K based on experience).

- Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with agency and compliance standards.
- Offer crisis intervention and support for children in therapeutic foster care.
- Collaborate with care coordinators, schools, and other community resources to ensure well-rounded care.
- Participate in on-call rotations ($150/week stipend).
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Active Kentucky licensure (LSW, LPC, MFT, or above).
- Experience working with youth and families preferred.
- Reliable transportation to meet travel requirements.
