Clinical Therapist – Preschool/Early Childhood

Responsibilities:
- Carry a manageable caseload of 6, focusing on preschool-aged children needing individual and group therapy.
- Provide behavioral health services, including assessing therapeutic needs and establishing therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Complete documentation and paperwork such as assessments, progress notes, and Individual Service Plans.
- Act as the clinical lead on cases, designing and coordinating individual treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure the best care for each child.
- Implement clinical models, striving to meet organizational goals and adhere to best practices.
- Ensure safety and compliance with high-risk interventions (restraints used only when absolutely necessary).
- LSW, LPC, or higher licensure in good standing.
- Passion for working with children experiencing trauma.
- Comfortable working with young children in clinical settings, including those with special needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- $3,000 sign-on bonus ($1,000 at 90 days, $1,000 at 6 months, $1,000 at 1 year).
