Cloud Architect
Setting/Hours: Hybrid - 3 Days Remote | 8am-5pm
Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Mason, Ohio that’s expanding its Shared Services team.
The Cloud Architect would be accountable for ensuring that SEI’s technology environment is secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned to business needs. Provides architectural direction and ensures that IT capabilities enable consulting delivery without becoming a bottleneck or a source of unmanaged risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive a forward-looking IT roadmap that supports business growth, consulting delivery, and emerging technologies such as AI-enabled solutions
Establish and maintain technology architecture standards across cloud platforms, identity management, endpoints, and environment segmentation
Lead IT risk management efforts, including remediation strategies and alignment with security and compliance requirements
Oversee governance of technical environments, ensuring clear separation between internal systems and client-facing demo or prototype platforms
Serve as a key escalation point for critical incidents, coordinating response efforts and communicating effectively with leadership
Partner cross-functionally with Security, Legal, and executive teams to translate technical risks and investment needs into business impact
Manage and optimize cloud-based systems, including performance monitoring, cost tracking, and financial reconciliation
Support system integrations and internal tool development, including API connectivity and AI-driven capabilities
Oversee SaaS vendor relationships, including licensing, renewals, and overall vendor performance
Develop and track IT metrics to drive visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement
