- Monitoring of judgment lien renewal dates and be able to process accordingly
- Experience with a debt collection law firm
- Knowledge of civil procedure and litigation
- Familiar with FDCPA, SCRA, PACER
- Experience with preparing and filing corporate documents
- Billing and bookkeeping knowledge to verify and implement interest rate calculation
