Collections Specialist

Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 7a-4p/8a-5p

Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in West Chester, Ohio that’s expanding its Shared Services team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage business-to-business accounts by following up on past-due balances and supporting timely payment resolution

  • Communicate with clients to send invoices, coordinate payment plans, and maintain positive working relationships

  • Partner closely with internal leadership to ensure alignment on collections strategy and account status

  • Operate within a professional, customer-focused environment that emphasizes relationship-building over aggressive collections tactics

  • Utilize ERP systems to track account activity, with flexibility for candidates experienced in various platforms

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in B2B collections or accounts receivable

  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional approach

  • Ability to manage follow-ups, stay organized, and maintain consistent client interactions
