Commercial Leasing Director
Pay: $90,000 base + commission + up to 10% year-end bonus
Location/Schedule: 100% Onsite | Downtown Cincinnati | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)
We’re partnering with a mission-driven development organization that’s transforming downtown Cincinnati. As Commercial Leasing Director, you’ll play a high-impact role leading leasing operations across a portfolio of office, retail, and food & beverage spaces. You’ll guide strategy, coach a team, and build relationships that shape the city’s future.

- Coordinate with legal, marketing, and property management teams
- Analyze market data, rental rates, and leasing performance
- Support tenant build-outs and collaborate with construction and development teams
- Attend industry events and build strong community and broker relationships
- Bachelor’s in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial leasing experience (office, retail, or industrial)
- Proven track record in sales and relationship management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Deep understanding of real estate trends and leasing strategy
