Community Based Program Director

Your Impact in This Role
  • Oversee all aspects of the community-based program, including recruitment, training, and supervision of staff, ensuring positive outcomes for children and families.
  • Manage programs in both Butler and Clermont counties, occasionally traveling to both offices and working directly within the communities served.
  • Supervise a team of 4-5 direct reports, including program supervisors and potentially clinicians.
  • Ensure the delivery of quality services by overseeing treatment planning, staff credentialing, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Manage fiscal operations, including treatment costs, billing, and financial compliance, ensuring sound program operations.
  • Represent the program in meetings with local state departments, schools, courts, and community groups, advocating for children and their families.
What You Bring to The Table
  • Qualifications: LISW-S or LPCC-S in good standing, with the ability to provide supervision hours in person.
  • Experience: Minimum five years of experience with children and families, or a Ph.D. in Human Services and two years of clinical/education experience.
  • Supervisory Skills: Two years of supervisory experience in a similar setting.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills with the ability to learn EMR systems like MyVolve.
  • Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to meet with team members and families in the evenings.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of multi-county regulations and experience collaborating with various community stakeholders.
  • Experience working within community-based programs and providing leadership in a clinical setting.
