Location: Sharonville, Ohio
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team in Sharonville, Ohio. This permanent position will be responsible for leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives.
- Lead and facilitate process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process changes and improvements.
- Monitor progress of improvement projects and report on outcomes and achievements.
- Provide training and support to staff on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a continuous improvement role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and levels within the organization.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).
- Experience with change management and organizational development.
- Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.
