What You’ll Do
Job Title: Contract Continuous Improvement/Process Engineer
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement/Process Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements and efficiency within our operations, ensuring sustainable and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor progress and impact of improvement projects, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Train and mentor staff on new processes and improvement techniques.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement roles.
- Six Sigma certification is a plus.
