- Manage the Legal Department’s current third-party due diligence, e-billing system, and contract lifecycle management system
- Oversee employee training on all three systems
- Assist in identifying and implementing legal department tools to streamline new or existing practices
- Help define and drive strategic and operational initiatives with on-time and on-budget results
- Help develop and enforce processes and policies to manage outside counsel usage and spending
- Assist with budget matters and optimizing workflows within the legal department
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Provide project management support in various content areas
What you need to succeed:
- Tech oriented- working with systems such as ContractPodAI or other contract systems.
- Strong systems, procurement, contract management or vendor management experience
- Heavy PM experience
- Great attitude, driven, tech savvy
