Contract Recruiter

Responsibilities include:
- Conduct full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing to hiring.
- Meet with hiring managers for intake/position briefings.
- Recruit skilled, office, and professional positions at varying levels.
- Source and screen candidates using platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Update information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Perform administrative tasks including handling recruiting documents.
- Use Excel, VMS tools, and other necessary tools for payroll, background checks, and other processes.
What you need to succeed:
- Previous experience in staffing or recruiting is a must, with 3+ years preferred.
- Experience with high volume recruiting is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build solid rapport with candidates, clients, and agencies.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
