Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and role requirements.

- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.

- Proven experience as a recruiter, successfully filling roles across warehouse and office functions.

- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment, balancing multiple roles.
