- Enjoy direct interaction with the owner, president, and CFO, having a seat at the table to influence decisions.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor production costs, inventory levels, and cost allocations.
- Conduct regular cost analysis and inventory level monitoring.
- Manage the credit process and drive improvements.
- Supervise 1 direct report, with potential to expand the team in the future.
- Interact at a high level with the leadership team, including the owner, president, and CFO, and provide solutions-driven insights.
- 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software (experience with Epicor or other ERPs).
- Self-starter with a solutions-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and improve financial performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with senior leadership.
