Controller
Pay: $120,000–$140,000 + 10% Bonus
Location/Schedule: Hebron, KY | Full-Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Onsite)
trak group is partnering with a growing manufacturing and distribution company seeking a hands-on Controller to work alongside the VP of Finance and play a critical role in streamlining operations across multiple locations. This is an opportunity to take the lead on reporting, budgeting, and internal controls in a nimble, highly visible finance department that values collaboration and results.

- 6+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Background in manufacturing required
- Proficiency in a large ERP system (D365 preferred); Power BI a plus
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to present financials to non-finance stakeholders
