trak group is partnering with a well-known client seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter for a contract position. trak group is partnering with a well-known client seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter for a contract position. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable organization in a flexible hybrid role, offering the chance to manage a high volume of requisitions while working remotely up to 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and technical roles, handling 25-30 requisitions at a time
- Use an ATS (SuccessFactors) to move candidates through each step of the hiring process
- Conduct initial phone screens and manage interview coordination
- Prepare offer and rejection letters
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates
- Recruit for a variety of corporate office roles, many of which are remote positions
- At least 3 years of corporate recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Experience using any type of ATS
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Comfortable working with high-level hiring managers
