Are you a skilled Corporate Recruiter looking for an opportunity with a hybrid schedule, flexibility, and a supportive, collaborative team? Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and technical roles, primarily remote positions.
- Conduct initial phone screens and navigate candidates through the SuccessFactors ATS system.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews, manage offer/rejection letters, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with high-level hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting solutions.
- Manage a high-volume workload of 25-30 requisitions, maintaining organization and efficiency.
Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume environments.
- Proficiency in working with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors experience a plus).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with high-level hiring managers.
- Experience recruiting in Canada is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
