- Lead budgeting efforts by cost driver and report performance vs. budget
- Partner with engineering to ensure item costs and BOMs are accurate
- Support month-end close and prepare reporting packages
- Lead physical inventory counts and monitor cycle count accuracy
- Ensure proper capitalization and depreciation of fixed assets
- Conduct make-vs-buy and labor absorption analyses
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- ERP system experience (NetSuite a plus)
- Strong Excel skills and financial modeling abilities
- Clear, confident communicator with strong attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 / year
