- Handling manufacturing cost review for all North America businesses.
- Setting and updating standard costs, along with daily costing updates as necessary.
- Reviewing manufacturing variances, including labor and material, cycle count adjustments, and scrap.
- Investigating the causes of errors and developing and implementing solutions.
- Monitoring inventory process flows and controls.
- Analyzing part margin reporting, reviewing pricing and costing opportunities.
- Providing various reports and analyses as needed.
- Assisting with other accounting-related activities, including inventory reconciliations.
- Working with operations to help with reporting, reviewing as needed, and providing feedback on areas of improvement.
- 3 years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong self-starter with excellent results-driven mindset and ability to meet monthly and yearly closing deadlines.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Experience working with SAP Business One is preferred.
