Compensation: $95,000–$115,000 + discretionary bonus

trak group is partnering with a nationally recognized organization to find a Cost Accounting Supervisor who can lead, analyze, and improve critical accounting functions. - Support the monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Analyze large datasets to track cost variances and recommend improvements
- Oversee inventory processes and support annual audits
- Supervise and develop a team of cost accountants
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency
- 5+ years of cost accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience managing inventory and cost functions in a complex organization
- Leadership experience (formal or informal) with a drive to coach and improve teams
- Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
