Your Impact in This Role

Oversee the credentialing and privileging process for medical staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Review the work of your team to maintain high standards
Provide crucial support to medical staff leaders in assessing provider competency
Conduct thorough audits of individual applications to maintain a credible and robust process
Lead and participate in key meetings, including Joint Credential Committee agenda preparation
Drive process improvement initiatives and standardization efforts
Foster a culture of excellence and professionalism within the Medical Staff Office
Ensure all licenses under your supervision are in good standing

What You Bring to The Table

High School Diploma or equivalent (higher education in a related field is a plus)
5-7 years of credentialing experience
CPCS or CPMSM certification through NAMSS (required)
Proven experience in credentialing, privileging, and quality assurance
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Sharp critical thinking and judgment capabilities
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Outgoing and personable demeanor
Willingness to receive yearly flu shot during flu season
